I created the Stash and Supply bag to store four FQs of fabric, and a handful of notions. It is the perfect bag to take to class, on retreat, or on quick trips to the market. The Stash and Supply bag is perfect gift basket to hold goodies for every holiday, shower, celebration and other important milestones for those you love. Grandchildren, friends and family alike will appreciate having a special bag to store their special things, made by their special person….YOU!
This is a beginner friendly pattern. There are color photos throughout and my email address is at the end of the pattern if you have questions. The finished size of the Stash and Supply bag is 12” long, 8” high and 8” wide.
Supplies – 1 yard of exterior fabric, 1 yard of interior fabric, 1 yard of foam stabilizer, 1 yard of shapeflex.
Stabilizer - I use Pellon FF78F1 fusible foam for all of the exterior pieces and Pellon Shapeflex 101 for the lining, pocket, and handle pieces.
The Pattern Testers advised that fusible fleece, Bosal In R Form, By Annie’s Soft and Stable, automotive headliner and other mediums may work well for the exterior and there was a suggestion for Pellon 809 interfacing for stiffer standing handles.
